My Story
I started attending FBC Willis when I was a baby and at age 8 I accepted Jesus as my Lord & Savior and was baptized there. I was raised up, poured into and served First Baptist Willis. When I graduated from Willis High School I attended Tarleton State University and graduated in 2022. Most recently I was a special education aide for Stephenville ISD. I got involved with Paradigm (a college ministry) and FBC Stephenville my freshman year and have continued to serve the ministry through my college years and beyond that. While in college I was able to serve as a Bible Study leader for two years, be the youth intern at FBC Willis for a summer and FBC Stephenville as well as lead Paradigm Crew for three semesters.
In the summer of 2023 I went on a month-long mission trip to Osaka, Japan with an organization called iGo Global. I was connected with The Flemings & the IMB team up there as well as serving them and their ministry. I came back to the States with God stirring my heart for the lost people group. He is calling me to go back and serve the Japanese people for a longer period of time. I prayed and meditated on God’s word trusting that He would lead me where I needed to be and at the perfect time. I am now preparing to go back to Japan with the International Mission Board until August of 2026.
